Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be home?

Hiring a cleaning service means we take care of all the details so you don't have to! We are happy to clean around you if you are home; we'll simply ask where you want us to start and accommodate your needs. But you don't have to be home on our account.

How should I prepare for my cleaning?

Please store irreplaceable items or point them out to us.  Also, the tidier your home is, the more thoroughly we can clean. If you don't have time to pick up, we can do it for you for a small extra fee. Please alert us to any repairs or remodeling done in your home during our cleaning time. We unfortunately can't leave your home unlocked for other service people or let other services in while we are alone in your home.

Do I need to give you a house key?

If you are not going to be home at the time of your scheduled cleaning then we prefer a house key, garage code or any other way you prefer to let us in your home. Anything you give us is safe and secure and will only be used by the owner and/or manager. If we travel to your home and are not able to get inside then there will be a $25 show up fee applied to your next cleaning.

Can you clean around my pet?

We love pets, and can clean easily around most. Some dogs react unpredictably to new people and equipment in their home.  If you think your pet might be nervous, we do ask that you crate or otherwise confine your animal during the cleaning—for their comfort as well as ours.

What if something gets broken or damaged?

We do everything we can to clean carefully and avoid breakage but some accidents happen. We will alert you and repair or replace any broken items as soon as possible. Our company is fully insured.

What if I'm disappointed?

After each cleaning, we want to hear feed back and if you were disappointed for any reason, we will return within 24 hours to touch up our work.
