Our policy
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please give a 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled cleaning time. If you cancel within 24 hours there will be a $20 fee applied to your next cleaning bill or at the time of cancellation.
*special circumstances accepted.
Show up fee
If we cannot gain entrance to your home via person, key, door code, or garage code at the time of your scheduled cleaning there will be a $25 show up fee applied to your next cleaning.
